अभी-अभी गजनी देख कर आ रहा हूँ। फ़िल्म की बात तो बाद में पर पहले कुछ पूर्व-पीठिका हो जाए। सोचा था कि सिनेमैक्स में देखूंगा। वहां २० मिनट तक लाइन में लगने के बाद पता चला कि सर्वर काम नहीं कर रहा है सो आज के कोई भी टिकट नहीं मिलेंगे...मुझे आश्चर्य इस बात से हुआ कि उसने ये बात बताने में इतनी देर क्यूं लगाई जबकि उसके पास मिक्रो फोन था जिस पर वह ये सबको एक साथ बता सकता था...पर शायद वह प्रत्येक दर्शक को व्यक्तिगत रूप से बताना चाहता था...a part of customer-oriented policy...! वहां से भाग कर फन में पहुँचा तो वहां हाउसफुल...! किंतु जो इतनी जल्दी मैदान छोड़ दे तो वो मैं कहाँ...अन्तिम प्रयास के रूप में अनुराधा पहुँचा तो वहां इतनी लम्बी लाइन लगी थी जितनी कभी समाजवादी देशों में गरीब लोग राशन के लिए लगाते थे...! जिंदगी का दूसरा झटका: मैंने देखा कि औरतें टिकेट ब्लैक कर रही हैं...! गुवाहाटी में आए मुझे अभी कुछ ही दिन हुए हैं पर यहाँ पर 'नारी-सशक्तिकरण' देख कर मेरी आँखे खुल गयी...सो मैं भी ब्लैक में टिकेट खरीद कर (आमिर भाई सुन रहे हैं न...!) और १०० मीटर लम्बी लाइन में लग कर हाल के अन्दर पहुँचा।
अब उत्सुकता हो रही होगी न ये जानने के लिए कि अन्दर क्या नजारा था...! बस ऐसा लग रहा था कि पूरा गुवाहाटी सिनेमा हाल में समा गया है...फ़िल्म शुरू हुई...अपने शानदार इंट्री की...और जब पहली बार आईने के सामने आपने अपनी टी-शर्ट उतारी तो जैसे किसी ने दर्शकों को adrenaline का इंजेक्शन लगा दिया हो...पूरा हाल तारीफ़ के शोर से गूँज उठा...मैं भी मंत्रमुग्ध-सा देखता रह गया उस आमिर खान को जिसका फैन मैं sarfarosh dekh kar hua tha (Now I'll use English as my pc has stopped transliterating to Hindi)....
You know, people often commented that you were so thin and it seemed unbelievable to them to assume you as ACP in Sarfarosh. This issue was a bone of contention between them and me. But now, you looked unbelievable...My God...what a body...actually, speaking honestly, I was wondering how much you would have suffered to get this look...Really, I'm short of words for praise.
Now, come to the acting...It was again very natural...I loved watching you speaking through your eyes and face rather than tounge. Some scenes were really superb, like when you're watching Kalpana's face when she was offering you money that she had arranged after selling her car. Aamir! I could read waht was in your mind (as the character) at that time...ohh my God, she is giving me money which is so much for her...really touchy scene and a superb acting by both of you...You were again superb when you forgot why you've been there during the last fight...I wondered if you are really baffled where have you come...superb expression Aamir!
And in the last scene when Jiya gifted you the 'very especial thing', the first footprints of both of you, you really acted unbeleivably...I could feel what you were trying to purport...Also the cinematography of that particular scene was superb...the director also deserves cuddos for selecting that background and colour. Aamir, you gave execellant expression as a person who is suffering from such a peculiar problem as Short term memory loss and is also buring in fire of revenge...really, you deserve an Oscar for it...You deserved it for Taare Jameen Par also but there that little boy was not a bit behind you...but in Ghajini, you stole the show from all...Asin is exceptionally talented but your role was so challenging.Yesterday, I was watching your talk at AajTak but till then, unfortunately, I hadn't saw the movie so I didn't call.You know Aamir, why I'm a fan of you...Both of us are perfectionist...!
